When we move on from Xavi we should take a look at Vincent Kompany. He is doing wonders at Burnley, playing very good football with an extremely limited squad.
This alone isn?t enough but he is still a very young coach and is improving a lot every year. A lot of his ideas come from Pep but a little more realistic. Some influences from Mancini too. Has also proven he can build a team from the ground up (had to do that every year since he?s a coach).

If he doesn?t flop hard he will be City bound in a couple of years. Especially if he can do it in the PL next year with all those bums in their team.
Can already guess that people still hold that 1 sentence taken out of context many years ago against him.

I said on here last year around December-Jan time, Arsenal will be a major force in the coming years. Something clicked last year and they looked exceptional in moments, now they have consistency.

As soon as Pep leaves, Arsenal will win 2-3
