That's that. Birdy is a fucking idiot. How do I know? Thanks for asking! He's not changing his opinion despite overwhelming evidence.

What's the evidence genius?
That there are better teams and better coaches in EPL?

You knee-jerk gang are spoiled by farmers league, you simply can't comprehend the level of competition in a league like EPL

If he can't handle the competition there he should get out of United and coach some team in Ligue 1 or Bundesliga, as simple as that

For you, sweetie.

Today:
0.97xG vs 4.67xG
Before the red: 1 touch in the final 3rd to Tottenhams 20 (!!!)

All time in PL under Ten Hag:
58G, 28W, 9D, 21L, 79GF, 81GA, -2GD, 93P. Currently sits at 12th

Manipulating stats to push agenda/narrative. No news coming from you...

1) BEfore red xG was around 0.6 - 1.6 or so
that being itself distortive in that Rashford's big chance wasn't counted.
Their plan was that. The fact that you fail to acknowledge it is your problem

2) Very convenient for your agenda to give total sum of WDL,GF-GA, over the course of more than two seasons
instead of properly demarcating the seasons.
There is a propagandish reason behind that: you want to hide the fact that ETH's 1st season was very good given circumstances and competition

Anyway, wasn't expecting anything better from someone who rates Xavi as a coach.
Xavi is a litmus test on whether you understand football or not

How easy you say that huh?
Same could be said for ARteta who hasn't won the title yet,
YET he makes his team better every season and and it will come sooner or later

Same could be said for Klopp, who didn't win after 2020, for 4 years against Pep
Same can be said for many coaching in EPL

I will write it AGAIN, so that you memorize it: YOU CAN't COMPARE EPL to any other league. PERIOD

They’re finished mate.

Although the media in this country can’t accept it.
Nah, it's a weak era for them but they're still the biggest club in England and most commercially successful club in the world alongside Real Madrid.

They'll be back in about 5 years once they have the new stadium, some time to fix the Glazers' mess, and City are brought down by Pep leaving and/or the 115 charges.

Wishful thinking
Certainly not the biggest club in England, Liverpool miles ahead

@Birdy

mate, I like you, think you're a nice guy and articulate, fairly intelligent.

But the problem you have is you're far too much of an idealistic 'theory man;. Now don't get me wrong, I am like that to an extent too. But you're like it to a destructive extent.

You don't need to analyse every metric under the sun to come to the conclusion that Ten Hag is clueless and most of these Manc players are poor. It's just obvious from the EYE TEST. Yes, the EYE TEST matters too.

This is why some people make fun of you Birdy. Because you treat football like it's played on a spreadsheet. Saying United were in the game before the red card is evidence of this - it's absolute bollocks and sheer gaslighting, but you have it in their head because 'the plan was going right' because they played a few direct long balls in behind Spurs' high line. The issue is that out of possession they were getting dragged all over the place and Spurs were turning their players at will.

I like you Birdy as I say, but tone down the arrogance with telling all the other posters they're clueless about football because they're not as dogmatic about theory as you are. It's getting a bit tiring mate.

As for Rassvet, he must be a troll. There's no way anyone could get every single football opinion wrong unless they were one. No, they won't be back in five years - thinking the Glazers were everything that is wrong is a mistake you're making. This new management structure look just as clueless - not sacking Ten Hag yet, and signing off on players like Ugarte, De Ligt and Zirkzee, guys who it is ABUNDANTLY OBVIOUS will never ever EVER close the gap to Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool. Their biggest selling point so far is that they're not the Glazers. Pathetic.
