Rafinha Alcantara

No, he already had more than enough chances.
He just wasted it himself with his injury-prone gene.
There is no time to be sentimental about players who have already lost their value.
I would say it would be ideal to sell all of Rafinha, Denis, Samper, Gomes at this point if possible.
More minutes for new first team players and B team players.

You put "More than enough chances" in the same post that you mention Samper, a player who has had exactly... 0.

I know you're heavily B team biased and Samper isn't one of those kids anymore but it's almost inevitable you turn on this current batch in the same manner in favor of the current Juvenil A batch when they are with the B team...

Denis, Rafinha, and Gomes have had years to prove themselves and have failed for various reasons. Samper hasn't been given the opportunity to start with our backups in a single official game since "promotion".

Samper is just not good enough and won't see a minute ahead of the midfielders we have right now + whoever we're going to sign.

The best move for him and his career would be to move to a team where he can play.

And yes, ideally we should be moving on from Gomes, Rafinha, Denis and Samper + Digne and Mina. One of Marlon and Vermaelen as well.

Denis is hell bent on staying and proving everyone wrong, but he won't survive the competition. Will be too much for him. In the end he'll become a backup winger in case Dembele and Malcom both are unavailable and Coutinho cannot play at the wing.

Huh? Read it properly mate. I only meant "Rafinha" already had "more than enough chances".
And No, I am not B team biased. I am heavily Cruyffian-biased if that even makes sense.
I have been regularly following La Masia more than 10 years now and I don't judge players' talents and potential based on a few tweets and youtube highlights unlike most people here. But I am also not delusional like those who write for @Youngcules.
Let's be honest and realistic. Whether I, you or others love Samper or not, his time at Barça looks pretty much finished.
You have to learn to accept that not all of your favourite kids can survive the competition.

Lazio want him as a replacement for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic if he's sold according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Would he want to go to Lazio though? IIRC he said he wants to play for a CL team.

Would be nice if we could get 20-25M. Nothing against Rafinha, I think he could be a useful squad player but just don't trust him to stay fit so I prefer to get something for him now that he still has value from his good 6 months loan spell at Inter than risk another injury and then loaning him out till his contract expires.

He was making noises about staying at Inter, but when presumably Inter pulled the plug, he’s had to come back and fight for his place.

Personally I’d sell him for anything above 20-25m Euro. I don’t think he’s good enough. He’s 25 now, and has barely done anything in his career of note. I think it’s time for him to find a decent club, and he needs to be first choice at this stage of his career, particularly if he harbours any hopes of breaking into the Brazil squad.

I see it mentioned above that he only wants to play at a CL club. Well he might have to set his sights a little lower, because I don’t think many would take him as a sure starter. He’s not productive enough.

The club need to be a little more ruthless in trimming down the squad. None of the loanees ever seem to do anything on loan either, and invariably come back to continue the endless circle.

He said he wants to play regularly. I doubt it will happen here. He had a great 6 months experience in Inter. Makes sense he wants to progress.

I would sell him. 35M. He deserves to play often.

Yeah he will leave, either on loan or sale. His best position is on the wing and I don't see him getting minutes there anytime soon.
