Yeah shows how good Adebarndoor is :D

the problem is the money we don't want to pay anything for Ruud as we gave him his letter of freedom for nothing as a gratitude and helped Hamburg finalize the deal.. they have big shortage on strikers atm and they want something /anything
however the club want him , jose delighted to have him and he wants to move (he is free in the summer ) so i don't think it will be a big obstacle

I suppose a kind of gentlemans agreement should be in hand but RVN does have a contract so it's understandable for them to be unwilling to let him go.

Could you just give them Morata on a 6 month loan.. hmmm maybe they would want a more experienced replacement.

Oh man, RVN coming back to Madrid,

Shouldn't be laughing tbh. RVN is a proven goalscorer at Madrid. I think odds for Madrid winning the league just got slashed..

Jose said Morata will be joining the first team and first team pre-season next year , i think he wants him to be under his eyes though he warned him that he need to score more than the 4 goals he scored for Castilla atm .
for us the best way to improve our boys under our eyes is Getafe , sending him to Hamburg may not be a bad idea but also we have to consider what will happen if Ruud is injured ? we will still use Morata a lot can happen and we are very thin upfront especially after we sent Rodrigo to benfica

Jonathan never underestimate Ruud , i think some tried that when we bought him the first time and they lived to regret it

Ruud is a shrewd buy, great with his back to goal, which is what Mourinho wants. Will be great for Di Maria to play one two's off. Will also give a great threat from corner kicks.

Probably the best buy Madrid could make given the current prediciment. Benzema will do well to watch him closely.

Started watching Barca after the treble winning season?

RVN is one of the best strikers in the penalty box. Give him a ball and he will deliver. With Real's current system he will crush the lesser sides even harder.. :(

He was. He's ancient now and very injury prone, especially with that dodgy knee of his. He only managed 18 games or so for Hamburg all last season.

Trequartista

The good
always loved the ruud and always preffered him to raul,i only watched his first couple of games with hamburg last year and he looked he still has it,dont know whether age will be a problem for him but i guess considering his style, age will not prevent him from fitting in mourinho's system,we will see what happens and i hope he plays well so madrid can pull out of the llorente race

But when he plays he usually scores and seeing and RM will use him exclusively for the CL and not so much in la liga then its a great signing.

Not according to Beast. He thinks he will be the main striker and starter, which is why I don't think it would have worked. His scoring rate is still not far off 1 in every 2 games but he won't be able to start most games IMO.

Anyway it is a hypothetical discussion now as Hamburg are not letting him go.

I agree RVN won't be able to start most games, especially in la liga. I think Gio is a bit on cloud nine if he thinks RVN can play week in and week out in la liga. Nor will he be able to play 90mins regularly, thus I see a scenario where he plays 1 in 3 and the rest as sub appearances.

But in the CL he will be the main starter for sure. That is real's primary target this season so that is where RVN will be used the most.
