Keep it in English guys. Someone already raised an issue of Pellegrini not managing a top side before joining Madrid? Could be nothing to it but Schuster also looked as a perfect choice few years back but all he did was build on Capello`s success. I see a more difficult path for Pellegrini and he will be under more pressure with the Galactico signings and not having won a title in previous season. Not to mention he practically has a whole team to rebuild.

It's always an interesting point regarding managers.. if they can make that switch..
I know he did well with River Plate and it's a big side but not as big as Real in Europe.
the difference between Pellegerini & Schuster is quite big whether in achieving club success or experience. it will be harder than Schuster stint in Real considering the names and the new players as u said but if he can manage to pass the first difficult 3 month he will do ok i think.. Pellegerini Villarreal always picked up form in the second half of the season which could be perfect from Real in terms of the CL and that's what matter for us this season

back to Xabi drama.. AS report they reached 30 Mil and the deal is close.. while Marca claim no agreement between the 2 clubs.

AS now claim that Real will refuse Inter offer of 4 + 18 (option to buy ) while 74 % of Madrid fans refuse to sell Wesley on Marca poll

A comment from Goal.com's article on this.

If Real ever go bankrupt or if Ronaldo flops, all they'll need to do is break his legs and make it look like an accident!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

what mess this is today...like beast pointed out, AS say that real increased their offer up to 30m €, while making perfectly clear, that they will not pay more. AS then claims to know form a source close to l'pool :)lol: like we haven't heared that sort of reference before), that l'pool will accept any offer around 30m €.
on the same time MARCA quote purslow saying l'pool lower their 40m € (35m + 5m for objects) demand not even 1 cent => cut to: defour again...claiming madrid like him very much.

don't know which paper to believe, but MARCAs story seems more reliable due to quotes of purslow and no suspicious sources close to l'pool that told the paper sth. no other paper knows.

while going for belgian players, might as well secure hazard as kaká backup :D

reading through that "crap of la liga press" again, they have one thing in common. despite haeding in two very diffrent directions with their respective messages to the readers (AS "it's as good as done", MARCA "it's not, it's gonna be most likely defour"), both say that a 30m € offer from madrid would most likely be accepted.

we'll see in time, but it really starts to get boring. finish the damn deal already!!! xabi is needed badly

Luciano donofrio (or whats his name),president of Standard de Liege is good friends with Real Madrid and Milan. Thats why they could easily transfer onyewu.

Defour won the golden shoe in belgium a year or 2 ago and the boot was handed at the stadion of standard by ZINEDINE ZIDANE.
Since then zidane is following defour performances, stated by belgian national press. There werent concrete offers but Defours agent said there is talks between them and madrid. Allthough Luciano (president standard) says he wont let him go that easily.

I think we have a first option agreement with Standard or Anderlacht (can't remember ) signed under Calderon 2 years ago..

what's the opinion of him from those of you who watch the Belgium league ?

In Lucho we trust!
€18mil + €4 mil variables. I.E. He plays 1000 times for the club, they win the CL and he writes a novel and gives them the rights.

It's still a €10mil loss in everyone's book.
