exactly...mourinho wouldn't last a season. besides, it would again ruin all the work done till now. i really want pellegrini to stay and continue his work. it's time the club learns from the mistake of sacking coaches so damn early. that got them nowhere during the last 6 years. the only coach that was able to deliver under such cercumstances was capello. he delivered the only 2 trophies (don't meantion schuster please!!! it was capellos work and team that got schuster the la liga title).

pérez & valdano have made several very good changes this summer and IMO they are heading in the right direction. the only thing that remains to be worked on is pacience as in giving the coach time.
i'm 100% sure, that if capello would have stayed all those years, real madrid would be (together with barca) THE reference team in europe and the incorporation of players like kaká & cristiano etc. would have been much easier and more successfull.

besides, there is no coach out there that is worth making that change.

beast, what do you think about the possibility of codina returning??? your thoughts on jesus navas??? and btw, ribéry is injured again. seems like this season he's specialized himself in being injured and talking about a possible move or a possible stay. IMO it's getting extremly boring and annoying now...and with regards to his season, i think he's not worth more than 15-20m €. in short: real should stick to their goal of "espanolizar" the squad and sign david silva instead.

I see. Well someone mentioned it since his name is Iker so I was wondering, I know he's born in Madrid. Was just wondering.

Another proof how good the guy with his team mates , many goal scorers won't allow it to add to their goal scoring telly

Gio, I think you misunderstood it. I think Xabi took the ball/forced his way to shoot the penalty. And Ronaldo did not congratulate afterwards either. So if anything, it´s a bad sign, not a positive one for Madrid.
