Ronald Koeman

I didn't but the scoreline and twitter reaction say it all

Watch extended highlights and look at the xG shot-maps.
Finishing the main problem,
other than that performance was fine.

It's time to admit that under Koeman, despite all the squad problems, team has improved.
People whining as per usual, they expected Pep's team magically to appear after so many years of destruction.

This guy is way out of his depth.

This squad is not good enough to beat the likes of Bayern or Liverpool...it's not even good enough to beat the likes of Atletico or Real. Nobody would blame a manager for losing against those teams.

But the fact that we struggle or lose against the likes of Huesca, Cadiz, Getafe Alaves, Eibar etc...is a joke. This team is still good enough to beat those squads comfortably.

Koeman is making us worse than what we actually are.

Nope, he is trying to do sth different, and that takes time.
When you change things and wanna impose a style of play as a top-dog, you will always struggle even against inferior squads

I didn't watch the 2nd half but Huesca barely crossed the halfway line in 1st. And we played rather well.

And we don't have the players for his tactics. Busi and Pjanic are bottlenecks. I think he wants more physical midfield. Stronger and quicker.

The team has structural flaws with Koeman that will be severely punished by any top side. Even at our worst, we will be good enough to easily handle a team like Huesca. But the fact that even Huesca made us look bad at times, and that in the last minutes we basically protected a 1-0 lead shows this team is not on the right path.

The team hasn't improved anything in terms of Messidependencia. It's the same old shit, with a different manager and some younger chaps in the team, that are starting to go the Amigos route themselves. That's all. The template is the same. And the problems, the same that were developing for the last 3-4 years unbothered.

We have had issues, big issues with, speed of play, positional shape, work rate, problems in concentration, slowing down the game instead of exploiting counterattack opportunities, passing to certain players based on their name and status in the team etc.

I see all of these issues still very much present in a game by game basis.
