Assistants change pretty often. Schreuder left that successful Ajax side only after a season because he got a managerial offer. If he does well at Barca with his former good reputation who knows what club will want him as a coach.

Can also have a couple of assistants. Pep had Torrent and Arteta at City.

Setien is a former Betis coach and now a cow farmer. Koeman did well with Saints( they finished 6th and 7th) bought them Mane and Van Dijk too, granted his time at Everton and Valencia(except the Copa del Rey) was poor but Enrique was poor at Roma and Rijkaard got a side relegated the season he joined Barca. Apart from that he's done well at Ajax,Psv, Feyenoord and transformed the National side.

Setien can only dream of being anywhere near Koeman when it comes to his standing in the game.
