This guy is so doomed. Most of youngsters are not ready yet or good enough which will force him to play those amigos again. With no money we cant even replace them. So he we will end up like valverde and setien. There is zero class in this squad except messi who is mental weak and too old to fully rely on.
Not sure what this guy should do. The only option is a complete restart an overhaul but this would take time which he doesnt have.

Larsson should have big pull on Central European and British talent. He's not strictly a huge personality himself, more of a Raul type guy, but jump from Valverde, Setien and Sarabia to Koeman + Larsson is really substantial for the dressing room confidence.
As an RM fan I'm liking these appointments less and less given RM said there'll be zero changes this summer. Your coaches will be held back by finances and it's difficult to tell how you can gel this tactically (as long as Messi is there you'll be doing damage control) and depth will hurt you since you'll need to play the seniors you keep at least once a week (games every 3 days almost throughout the entire season), but there'll be less consequences to personal decisions during matches when they choose to field less senior players.
It might not be better, but it will be less predictable and more interesting to watch.

First thing he needs to do is remove as much of the older players as possible. If we continue with the same seniors in the squad, we can forget about trophies next season.

In a way, Bayern's victory would've made more Machiavellian had they won only by a small margin, as board could've possibly slip it under the rug again.
