More time passes more I accept the situation. Think Koeman might make something out of this team. Might just fall short of being good enough to win CL.

I feel bad for him.

Messi gone. De Jong injured. Dembele injured. Pedri hasn't even finished last season yet. No reinforcements in central defence. New signings might won't get registrated in time. Everything is perfectly lined-up for another bad start into the season like it was already last one.

I hope and wish that Horatio is right on this one. Koeman is a likeable guy who loves Barca above anything else and I want him to succeed.

He'll be able to help further Memphis and also think he will help develop Ansu I think midfield will come around as well. Our defense still a liability and hope it doesn't cost us too many points.

Koeman is not a great manager but he hasn't had any luck. There has been NO stability at the club during his tenure, none whatsoever. There's always something going on which distracts from the actual football. He also hasn't been able to get some proper signings. We don't even know if the players we signed can be registered.

To be honest, he has the shittest squad in Barca's history. We are genuinely around Sevilla level without Messi, maybe a bit worse. I expect a hard fought battle for four place, but who knows how Messi departure will affect us. Not in a good way surely.

We need a poll here where we will finish  I think there are a lot of overreactions going on, but then again maybe I am delusional. Would be handy in a year to have something black on white :p

Laporta gave him a squad that makes no sense, specially now without Messi as everyone need to work his ass off the front composition is just a puzzle !!!

If I have to guess Id say we will end up top 4 and get thrashed in the R16. So pretty much like last season.

We are weak but all LL teams are in their weakest version since more than a decade.

RM squad is a joke, Sevilla is a retirement haven only left AM which loose it's mind mid season each time.

Top 3 easy which is not a performance.

I disagree La Liga are at their weakest. Another year mid-table Spanish team won Europa League against EPL powerhouse.

Barca are at their weakest for the last 25 years, though. Ivan de la Pena and Giovanni, if some of the older members remember them... we are at this point now.

Koeman handled well the fire with Messi's transfer request last year, but now it's completely different. The squad is completely demotivated with Messi's exit. I expect few players from last season to drop out in favour of youngsters.
