I think he might be able to do it, obviously not to the extent Pep did, however he is giving some players a chance, i.e Roberto. If he insisted for a RB we would've gotten one, but I am sure he's giving Roberto a chance to develop. So in the future, especially with the crop of players we have who are also very good current players, he might decide to integrate them into the team. You did say 4 years so we should wait for that, but I also feel if he continues to win , we should try to keep him as long as possible.
