I think you are misunderstanding their post; "lol @" means that to say Busquets has only had one good performance this season is ridiculous.

He was poor but he was about the only one of the midfield three that was trying to help the defence against PSG on the counter.
Xavi and Iniesta were nowhere to be seen and usually the fullbacks were both caught up the park.
He was dragged all over the place trying to cover for those players and looked knackered every time he got on the ball.
This is nowhere near the controlled tactical Barcelona it was under Guardiola.
