If CAS upholds this, then they (FIFA) should technically go after Real Madrid as well for signing that American kid (considering Lederman is banned for us). And why not ban Valencia for signing Koreans to their youth sides.

Remember hearing that most clubs get past the rule by getting the parents jobs then they move to the area for 'non-footballing' reasons and then they can just so happen to join the club in questions youth system. Ridiculous since there is no real difference between what we are doing and what other clubs are doing but technically it is not breaking rules whereas we are.
