Spanish FA, FC Barcelona sanctioned for international transfers of minors

Ter Stegen should definitely be fine if we can buy players while fifa decide whether to accept our appeal.

Don't think so. It took the court 5 months to look into Chelsea's appeal when it happened to them, and that was a less complicated case.

Good. That means it shouldn't be over until after the transfer window closes. If the appeal fails, we lose the winter 15 and summer 15 windows, but better than losing this window.

We should go all out this window. Take next summer's budget and add it to this summer's budget.

Than atleast we can make necesary buys so we wont have to buy anyone in 2015, I hope that happens.

“the interest in protecting the appropriate and healthy development of a minor as a whole must prevail over purely sporting interests.”

This is just funny, for any kid to be given the chance entering la masia is like winning the lottery. You are being payed to play football and on top of that the club prvide you with free education that is way higher quality than you would find anywhere other than in extremely expensive boarding schools. They have like one teacher on every 10 students and extra studying classes for the "dumb" kids, on top of that the club require all students to pass thier exams or they are expelled.

La masia is anything but exploiting kids, it is an extremely high quality boarding school where kids are payed to study and practice football. FC Barcelona spend 15-16 million euros every year on la masia, that is on around 100 kids so around 150 thousand euros per kid gets you some serious education.

Fucking FIFA!! Maybe they should be investigating the hundreds of deaths of immigrant workers because of the World Cup in Qatar. That wont happen. Instead they're going on about the trafficking and exploitation of minors. Its as if we put these youngsters in chains, give them rations and force them to play.

Blatter and his cohorts are cunts of the highest order. EVERY club out there is trying to get an edge and is breaking/bending the rules. At the moment we are a soft target and a big name so FIFA have found their scapegoat.

Good it's about time, if other teams play by the rules you have to play by the rules, if you don't you should get punished and rightfully so.

Next one is Neymar, Barcelona should get punished for that.

Go away

Según me explican en FIFA. El Barcelona puede vender, puede fichar a un entrenador, pero no puede fichar jugadores.

We can sell players, or have a new coach ; but we can't buy any player. We're royally fucked guys !!

You think we are the only ones breaking rules? Lmfao.

Players under 18 have to meet a certain criteria, this criteria is not saying going up to South American families (which Barcelona do a lot) or the vulnerable saying:-

'Play for us and have a better life'
'Play for us and we'll buy you an house'
'Play for us and we'll pay medical bills'
'Play for us and we'll give your child an education'

That's looking after no1 and treating human beings (children) as cattle/as pawns and looking at your academy as a factory conveyor belt, that is not sport.

Exactly, amendments need to be made.
