Together with yesterday's draw, this is making me sick.

I am very confused though: When will the decision be made if we appeal? Why do some people say we will still be able to buy players this summer as long as we appeal? Will the decision be made AFTER the 2014 summer transfer window?

And again, what implications does this have on MAtS and Halilovic?

If we appeal it will be made after the 1st of July, so we could register Ter Stegen and Halilovic and then those transfers will be sealed.
An appeal means requesting a new decision maker on the case, so that would mean Barcelona is still not found guilty and the punishment won't be put into effect yet. Nobody knows when the decision will be made, it depends on when Barcelona hand in their request for an appeal, for which they have 90 days from today.

But mark it, that last exception is where all the trouble is coming from. The team had to get creative with the reasons the families of these players were moving over to Barcelona. Maybe along the way, Barcelona got sloppy and messed up paperwork and left themselves open for this.

They didn't move all the families to Spain.... Seung Woo Lee his parents for example still live in Korea.

Adekanye his parents still live in Holland too.

I still find this strange a club like Ajax is doing this alot with scandinavian players.

Not comparable. They play it by the rules.

A 16 year old EU player is allowed to make a transfer to another country. Eriksen, Fischer, Boilesen, Andersen and Bay to Ajax were all 100% legit transfers. Nothing wrong with that.

As far as I know Adekanye himself moved back to Holland this year. Reports say he's playing for Dutch amateur club Alphense Boys.

We broke the rules signing NON-EU players, who were signed under the age of 18. Fair enough if we broke the rules. Ter Stegen's move wouldn't be allowed to go through as we would not be able to register the player to play in La Liga. I am not even sure that we would be able to resign Valdes, unless we do that before his current contract runs out.

Worst case senario is that we have to live with Pinto in goal and the same defence as this year. Funnily enough this might motivate the squad, giving them that siege mentality that Jose is so keen on.
