It’s pure misogyny.

No, it's pure science. Blood test shows if you have male sex genes in your cells. That is marked by presence of Y chromosome.

They didn't tested her because she already failed it. She has male genes in her body, it's almost a fact. The only question is do you accept a person with male genetical advantages to box vs regular women.

I do not, even if that person lives as a woman.

She has a vag… isn’t that what you right wing hardliner want for assigning gender? Where draw the line?

And the corruption is?

Did the Algerian sue IBF and challenged their decision to CAS? Or did they accept the testing as valid?

If you think a decision is unfair you can appeal on CAS.

You say pure russian corruption based on nothing. They tested her, suspended her, she had the option to appeal and go to court, but she did not.

On the other hand, IOC did no test. If the passport says woman, she is a woman, no testing required.

Based on IOC testing here? Based on IBF on it's way out? Based on IBF refusing to name the tests?
What are you basing it on?
A well known corrupted organization that is on it's way to be replaced?

They went to CAS, but found it was long process and won't affect their Olympic participation.

tbf it isn't. For many it is more about protecting woman, can respect the cause and in different setting a good debate can be had. It is Closer to being more of racist thing than a misogyny.
If she was white woman with EU or Canadian passport, people would have thought twice before making such accusations, it is easy when you are from 3rd world country.

Well, my point was that no one bats an eye when a dude has freakish genes, eg someone like Phelps.

Then you have a woman, who looks like a man, and you have the usual nutcases up in arms.

Just check their genitals. To avoid embarrassment for any party, do that with x-ray. Game over, man, game over.
That’s not how this works. The person was born with XY chromosomes, therefore has male traits advantageous in sports. Was also banned from the 2023 World Championship in boxing for having elevated levels of testosterone.

2 problems with that argument:

1- Each side of this can change the goal post. First check genitals, but then one side will say what if she changed sexes? let's go for chromosomal tests and we go in full circles.

2-The second, it will be humiliating for those athletes if it is done on them, and in such case it will have to be done on everyone. This will get uncomfortable very easily. It will start with few girls, then an argument can be made why it is on them only, then it will be made on every lady, then it will turn to actually being real misogyny, then you have to do it on men too.

Currently IOC uses a primary hormonal test, and afaik if something suspicious they can ask for further tests.
Khelif had normal hormonal levels.

They already disclosed that it was a chromosome test. I mean, connect the dots a bit, the only reason why the athlete would look like a man is if she has male genes. Not surprising that the blood test concurs.

You said in some previous post that a chromosome test is fair. You discredit the chromosome test of IBF as corrupted. But the IOC didn't even do the test at all. They got her admitted as a woman based on her passport lol. That's ok to you?

This entire saga smells like a political inclusion thing. They let someone with male genetical advantages to beat up women in Olympics.

Also, about CAS, so the CAS is judging this case and is gonna give their verdict if the ban by IBF was abusive or not? I mean surely they can do a chromosomal test again and see if it's XY or XX.

Phelps was a man competing against other men. The Algerian boxer has XY chromosomes and is competing against other women due to far-left political correctness.

No comparison whatsoever
