Easy win on CAS then. CAS is the way to appeal abusive decisions like that. If they did happen.

They already disclosed that it was a chromosome test. I mean, connect the dots a bit, the only reason why the athlete would look like a man is if she has male genes. Not surprising that the blood test concurs.

You said in some previous post that a chromosome test is fair. You discredit the chromosome test of IBF as corrupted. But the IOC didn't even do the test at all. They got her admitted as a woman based on her passport lol. That's ok to you?

This entire saga smells like a political inclusion thing. They let someone with male genetical advantages to beat up women in Olympics.

Also, about CAS, so the CAS is judging this case and is gonna give their verdict if the ban by IBF was abusive or not? I mean surely they can do a chromosomal test again and see if it's XY or XX.

Every credible source I've seen said that IBF refused to disclose it at the end. With journalists guessing, some right wings claimed it was chromosomal tests only based on Gerard Romero type of sources.

And every women has male genes, and has more testosterone than her female hormones. WTF are you talking about.

I don't think anyone is disputing she should be banned if she has a penis. That is not in dispute and nobody is arguing that.

We don't know exactly the details of it but I can assure you nobody is arguing she should be allowed to compete with male genitalia and she doesn't have any.

No, there are rules they have to stick to it.
Both athletes met the rules, with normal testing that they had to take. Nothing that warranted it at all.
They weren't ignored, they were tested just like everyone else. No special treatment, no evidence of such claims

Apparently, neither case is judged by CAS. Lin accepted the ban and did not appeal, Khelif initially appealed, but the case got dropped by CAS because she did not pay legal costs.

The Olympics clearly didn’t follow the same admittance criteria as the IBF when they allowed said athlete to compete against other females despite having genetic advantages.


Just create a separate category for those who fall in between or deliberately manipulate their bodies to gain traits of the opposite sex. That takes care of it all: inclusion and fairness. 💥👌
