Where do you get the impression that Florentino doesn?t care about the league? Of course he does, the league is the foundation of any club, even for these big clubs that have been internationalized, without the league a club doesn?t have much to stand on.

Bayernizing La Liga will not benefit Madrid at all. Boring league, no suspense, less interest, less attention, less money. The ESL won?t materialize for at least a couple of decades.
