Yeah, he's definitely a better defender than Luiz. I also think he should start over Luiz, but he doesn't.

Barca could buy him if they really tried hard. Convince the player, pressure PSG, make some efforts on his wages, etc. But I don't think it will happen. In my opinion, if we shouldn't buy Silva for 40 mil, then no other "famous" cb deserve even 30 mil. We should go for a youngster.
