It is not what your president seems to think. And if you were so right, why didn't he come at Barça last year ? You were already interested in him.
Furthermore, he has a 4 year contract, with huge wages and we paid him 42-45M€. So even if we would have got rid of him (very unlikely), do you think FC Barcelona is willing to pay a 50M€+ transfert fee and his salary ?
And we have a project, it is not more "little" than yours.

I love how people keep saying we can't spend that amount of money... meanwhile in Barcelona, Rosell pays 57 million for an unproven overhyped 21-year-old with 0 minutes of experience in Europe.

If this is the Summer to splurge it's a good idea to buy Thiago Silva. I mean after we buy him then we don't need to buy anyone else for at least 4-5 seasons. You always got to make huge initial investments for good quality product and Thiago Silva is a CB legend alongside Puyol

There are rumours Alex is willing to combe back to Brasil. Luiz would be his replacement.
I don't know if it is true but last weeks it was said that we were very close to sing him.
If that is the case, we will have some problems to keep Sakho.

As for the project, yes we have tons of money. But it is like everywhere. When you have great goals, you invest hard to get the best at each position (players, president, sporting director, we even bought the best gardenr of premeir league recently). So, at the end, your project is trong and players think they can achieve their goals.

the only reason is money !! there is no other reason why any player would chose PSG over Barca. We won't pay him that much, and that would be the only reason he won't come.

He wanted to stay, but Milan had to sell.
Milan sold him to the highest bidder which was PSG.
Thiago did what was best for Milan.

To speak about the matter of the poll, Thiago Silva (TS), it seems most of you lack the PSG point of view.
Our project is to build one of the best european team, so there is no way we would sell TS.

If PSG were looking for success right now and they have enough money then keeping Thiago Silva is a no brainer. But European football is really difficult right now with Bayern and Barca being so strong. Plus there's lots of teams with money(e.g Falcao going to Monaco, Chelsea, Man City, Madrid, Barca) so it's very difficult for anyone to compete. PSG got the league title this year, but Ibra is getting old now, and Thiago is older too. If they decide they can't compete with Barca and Bayern right now, maybe the best thing is to sell Thiago Silva and invest the money in younger players and aim to win the Champions League in 3 or 4 seasons time.
