If two gk thing is true, I'm guessing it would mean we would sign one seasoned gk, and one young one who can study for the future. Since Pinto won't be around forever and none of our youth keepers are exactly setting the world alight. But I agree I would rather go for two CB's as well.

if they can't buy someone like de gea, i think it will be reina and ter stegen! the transfer money of reina and valdes is equal! so we won't pay anything from budget! and because of news like this:

No, they don't. Was refuted by his agent after the rumour appeared. I also doubt that Reina is leaving, Rodgers is planning with him and Reina said himself that he can see himself finishing his career at Anfield.
