The difference between our strategy and Real Madrids is that we buy unproven youngsters and test them in critical moments while Madrid loan them out few seasons until they are comfortable that these players can deliver

No, the main difference is that they actually buy players for positions that warrant recruitment. They don't buy 5 number 10s and ignore the fact that our wing play has been dogshit since Neymar left, and the fact that our striker was 33 and still had no replacement in the squad. We've needed capable dribblers with speed for 4+ years, even when Neymar was here, and still all we did was make bullshit buys. Defensive midfielders? Nothing. Attacking midfielder in a 4-3-3? Spend 160m on a player so you can "convert him." etc etc etc. Real Madrid cares about squad balance, Barcelona just buys whatever's trending without any consideration for the squad. Under Barto, that is.

We should have done the "Chelsea" approach, while it was possible. Sign billion junior players and send them on loan.

It's crazy. Chelsea goes crazy for one summer when they needed a rebuild and they already have a viable potentially world class team, just like that. We spent about 400m, and we still need about 10 new players for our starting XI LOL

Model where you blow 400 mil to 3 average players doesn't work for some reason. It's insane how much we wasted money. Those three are worth today maybe if we are lucky 150mil.(with their stupid wages)

Hes a shit impact sub, but was decent whenever he started. There are tons of player I want us to get rid first. I dont think theres any need to be too harsh to him right now.

What i cant stand with him are useless shots when he should pass or at least think what should be his next move. Hes a shaqiri level at most, but shaqiri when in those situations usually scores or assists.
He needs to develop his game massively if he thinks of succeding here

Laughable stuff how bad he is. Soft as hell to boot. Usually limited players are tough and gritty to compensate their lack of finesse.. Then u have lords like bendtner gomes and this guy. Guys limited as hell yet play magestically as if afraid to soil their shirts.
