Bayern doesn't really need Isco, he is too similar to Goetze; and Bayern is stacked with attacking midfielders, before Robbery finally retires I don't see where James would fit in; Bayern does need a proper CM but Kovacic is too green I am afraid. Kroos? Nah, he probably doesn't want to come back to Bayern anyway.

What Bayern really needs is a RB, Lahm's replacement.

No, I did not like Pep's tenure and I don't like him after all his bullshit. Still, he did some good for us. The problem is he is stubborn and it stinted his progress as well as the team's.

I'm so glad we won the treble in 2013. Imagine having to go through these three years expecting to win our first UCL since 2001 after losing in 2 finals. Hopefully next year is our year once more.

Luck plays a big part in CL with the smallest of moments. Muller scores a pen and the tie is theirs. He couldn't do anything about Messi's genius last year. His away record is his undoing though in knockouts.

A real Madrid draw helps as well.

I know but considering the hype around him as the best ever and some kind of revolutionary, he should have taken Bayern to 1 final at least.
In the 4 years preceding Pep's reign, Bayern reached the CL final 3 times so its not as if he took over a poor team.

Atletico on a similar road as we were last season, they have beaten the champs of Holland, Spain and Germany. The only difference is that they won't beat the champions of no country in the final like we did when they are going to win the UCL.

Only dumb people who know nothing about football will state that. People are taking CL as some mickey mouse cup...and even in that same mickey mouse cup you just need luck sometimes.

Facts remain he was brought in to win the CL but failed to do so. Not like he was brought in to win the bundesliga as anybody who coaches them will win that. People will judge him in his CL success. Like it or not.

It's interesting that Real always lose to Atletico on La Liga but it's the other way around on UCL. One thing I'm sure of, this an improved Atletico team. Their last final was a complete disadvantage since they didn't have their 2 best players (Diego Costa & Arda Turan). Now their defense is much more solid and their attack is much better.

Yeah, I have a strong feeling that City can get a draw at the Bernabeu and will advance by away goal rule. City should play like they have nothing to lose.
