Where was he?

Resting him for the last 10 minutes (of extra time) against Salamanca.

In all seriousness this was THE game to get a reliable run out. Decent opposition, good grass (lol) and a match that has financial incentive but does not mean really that much.

But ill be patient because we (a) got Herb and (b) even Madrid went slower with Vini.

Vitor Roque did not play a single minute in the semi-finals of the Spanish Super Cup against Osasuna. In fact, the Brazilian didn't even warm up. The reason, a slight muscular discomfort in the hamstring that caused the coaching staff to act cautiously against the 'rojillos'. This Saturday, the former Athletico Paranaense player did complete the session with the rest of his teammates, which indicates that his feelings have improved and that he is fit to play this Sunday, if so Xavi deems it appropriate.

According to SPORT, the attacker returned from Barbastro with slight muscle discomfort in the back of his leg that, in fact, prevented him from training on Tuesday with the rest of his teammates before travelling to Saudi Arabia. Tests performed ruled out an injury. The striker did take to the pitch in the build-up to the clash against the Reds. At least, during the first 15 minutes of training open to the media.

Uncle Flo's Haitian Sharman.

Laporta ain't flying around Arabia looking for Palanca's, he is looking for the world's most notorious expert in ruqyah.

The question is. If you are injured, do you sit on the bench? Or in the stands with Inigo.

Well the injury article was according to SPORT. MD mention no such thing so it could have been damage limitation.

I think it would have alleviated a ton of questions though to not have him on the bench if he did have a knock, and say that he was carrying a training knock against Osasuna.

Guiu was still on the bench if need be as a striking option.
