It makes no sense to test the price because united will simply give hands off warning, Strikers are chelsea's biggest weakness so we'll will never sell Rooney to them unless they offer 40m+,United may accept take 25m+ from abroad but if chelsea wont get him for anything less than 40m,Arsenal on the other hand may get him for around 30m+....
