he's not going anywhere, this is posturing to get a bumper deal even though he's been playing like a complete wanker since march. the glazers had that huge offer on the table back in spring, then his form turned to crap and he destroyed his public image, so the glazers are probably trying to scale back the deal. and he obviously doesn't like that so he trying to regain some power in the matter.

I wouldn't trust the guardian on this story. they've had quite a noted anti-united stance of recent years.

Cool down man.Rooney is a great player no doubt,but I will disagree with you that English players are underrated in the rest of the world.Rooney,as Diego Milito has articulated,is one of the top 20 players in the world,that's it.It is the insane English media that had the temerity to compare him with Messi and CR7.

When you're outside the UK, it's true...English players are severely overrated domestically and underrated internationally - that can't merely be by accident either...Still, the proof, as they say, is in the pudding...Not many English players excel away from the Premiership whereas you can name many an International who have succeeded in many a league

How many players go onto bigger or bvetter things after leaving Man United?I can't think of many the only one's who really spring to mind are Foorlan Pique and onado so far...and Even Ronaldo is probably just equal to what he was here

Thats because when they leave they are usually old. Now a player is leaving before he is in his prime. United are a selling club now.

Tevez, Ronaldo and now Rooney in the space of 2 years. I kind of feel sorry for you mate.
