Is there any valid reason why Chelsea would like to stick with Courtois?
Cech is just 30-years old, he could be top class for another 5 years. Easily. What Tibo is going to do during all this time - just keep renewing his contract, playing loaned for other teams and waiting for Cech to go?
I don't take this option seriously.
I do believe that Courtois could be taken away from Chelsea, if we really want it. And the main reason for that is Cech. Courtois is too good to be a second choice keeper.

idk De Gea doesn't inspire confidence to me, he looks frightened. The way he flaps at balls from corners aswell 
but he's only a young man i suppose & can grow, but he is very good shot stopper but so are alot of keepers, it's how they deal with aerial balls & command of area is what seperates the good from the best. De Gea isn't very good at this yet

I prefer Neuer but since he's 99% impossible to get Ter Stegen is my next choice.

The main reason De Gea isn't that commanding or dominant as a GK is because of the language barrier. Theres a lot of miscommunication between him and the defense. Plus their defense is horrible and they don't dominate possession as much as we do so obviously they get shot at more. De Gea is getting better and has the base qualities we need for a sweeper keeper plus a really high potential. Imagine Valdes's passing and distribution with Van der Saars acrobatic shot stopping ability. He's stunted at United because it's not the best fit for him i'd say. Barcelona is a great fit though. In fact i see it very likely that either he or Guaita will be bought.

I don't know what "fans" you talk to, but every one I've met/conversed with rates De Gea highly, or, at least, certainly over Lindegaard.
To all those who say Neuer is good on the ground, watch this.

Prospect for prospect, I'd take Ter Stegen over De gea anyday. The problem is the language barrier.

The thing is, we don't know if Ter Stegen will choke in a big club like Barcelona with all that pressure, while De Gea has already proven himself for United. But I would be quite happy with either one of them.
