Too much is being made about Xavi's coaching staff. In most cases we don't even know who the assistants are.

Who the fuck knew about Tito Villanova before Pep had him as assistant manager?

You may not know about him before but at least you could check his CV and find something (in case of Tito it was a no brainer, he gave Pep the experience he lacked to have a successful start).

Go check on Xavi's brother!

Are you having a laugh? Relegation from Tercera to Primera Catalana? Some vast experience Tito had

On the other hand only conceded 8 against Bayern in 3 games. Meanwhile Messi as manager conceded 8 in 1 game.

This is the issue.

Xavis record is conveniently overlooked by Laporta while a non Catalan legend like Koeman was crucified and harassed by the Catalan press and Laporta. I was no fan of KOEMAN but Laporta treated him like shit and gave him no backing in the transfer market while Xavi came in and got to spend in January and spend BIG in the summer.
Too many double standards, club is run like a mum and dad convenience store and too much Catalan/Spanish bias.
If the club finds its in a deep financial hole and can't compete they will HAVE to sell the entire club or a huge chunk to new owners who will hopefully run it like a proper business.

At least he can win comfortably against PLzen,
unlike Ernie who couldn't win against Slavia Prague and Olympiacos
