This argument of 'bad current players' has been ridiculed since last summer.
No, Xavi has a great squad to work with apart from RB spot.

Look at Arsenal i used as an example on the other thread.
Player by player, position by position, you wouldn't swap any Arsenal player with a Barca one.
It's the superb work of their manager that have made them so good and cohesive

Lol. Arsenal has better players than us except for 3-4 positions.

Ah but then you probably think Dembele is better than Saka, so what is the point even.

Bit tired of this Arteta narrative to be honest.

At the same stage of his career as Xavi right now, he had 17 losses in the season, an early exit in the FA Cup, finished outside the Europe League positions and lost in the Europe League Semi.

Now given the quality of LaLiga to EPL, let's say 7th in the EPL is 3rd In LaLiga.

Are you going to be so forgiving of Xavi if he comes 3rd in LaLiga, gets to Europa Semi losing to Freiburg, and knocked out in our first Copa Del Rey game to Osasuna.

But don't worry, in 2 years time we will spend over 300m in signings and be 1 point ahead of Madrid in the league come November.

Sport claims that Xavi is looking for a midfielder.

Apparently his list has 19 names.

1. Parejo, Villareal
2. Rice, West Ham
3. Dalot, Man Utd
4. Fabinho, Liverpool
5. Frimpong, Leverkusen
6. Rodriguez, Betis
7. Ward-Prowse, Southampton
8. Jorginho, Chelsea
9. Foyth, Villarral
10. Giretzka, Bayern
11. Zubimendi, Sociedad
12. Kante, Chelsea
13. Rodri, Man City
14. Neves, Wolves
15. Tonali, Milan
16. Singo, Torino
17. Meunier, Dortmund
18. Venderson, Monaco
19. Ndidi, Leicester

Other sources say we want Bruno Guimares from Newcastle.

Titanic has a few more free seats.
We'll fill them soon.

Transfermarkt, team's worth:
838m Real
814m Barca
612m Atletico
371m Sociedad
360m Villareal
277m Sevilla
260m Betis
237m Valencia
237m Bilbao

Barca has spent 198m on transfers under Xavi.
More or less the worth of the whole team of 80% teams in La Liga.

How can you be lower than 3rd place at all?

If you mention Koeman, he didn't get his signings.
Neither did Valverde.
Yet, Xavi can get whatever he wants.

yeah true that's why we need ll win or el win, what is worrying is that we played better at the beginning of the season than now, best example was the bayern match in allianz arena we were way better than them in the first half, in camp nou where people expected from us to be stronger we were much weaker

See, we'll not sink like Titanic, we're 2nd were we should be with potential to cause a surprise and even win the league.

Valverde had a much better team, what are you talking about?

Koeman didn't get signings because he was sacked after a disaster start of the season, which had the club worrying for a top 4 finish. Laporta didn't like like or trust him and you can't really blame him.

You're welcome
🚨🚨| FC Barcelona's clear leader of their project is Xavi, but the club also likes Mikel Arteta a lot. @sport

This sounds like bull. Arteta imho leaving Arsenal does not make sense. He finally gets the team to play well and he leaves right after lol.
