This sounds like bull. Arteta imho leaving Arsenal does not make sense. He finally gets the team to play well and he leaves right after lol.

We won't be linked with ze Germans anyway. Spanish or spanish speakers only. Maybe the odd dutch fella.

yeah true that's why we need ll win or el win, what is worrying is that we played better at the beginning of the season than now, best example was the bayern match in allianz arena we were way better than them in the first half, in camp nou where people expected from us to be stronger we were much weaker

Cause we had a fit team at the start

We came back with hobbled and injured players after the international break

See, we'll not sink like Titanic, we're 2nd were we should be with potential to cause a surprise and even win the league.

Valverde had a much better team, what are you talking about?

Koeman didn't get signings because he was sacked after a disaster start of the season, which had the club worrying for a top 4 finish. Laporta didn't like like or trust him and you can't really blame him.

Koeman didnt have money to sign as they had not the ability to spend in that summer and they wanted him gone then anyway.

The disaster of a start is after they make it clear dont want him and is undermined from there before lying to him throughout that Messi would renew and then last minute the player team is built around is removed.. to then sign Luuk De Jong.. after removing Griezmann as well.

The season then starts with Dembele injured, Pedri injured, hangover of Messi going and a coach who the board have made it clear they dont want which undermines him and by that point it was clear to all it was just a matter of time before goes.

The 'distaster' of a start to season was on board more than Koeman and they way they handled things in the summer. They should have got rid of him and take in a new coach who had time to set ideas and be truthful with that coach on the situation of Messi etc.

A decent coach would have had Barca challenging this season even with no levers being pulled.

Real are not as 'elite' as you try to make out and the rest of league is poor so points should not be all that difficult to come by when Barca can put out individually far superior teams each week.

This idea that Barca had third best squad behind Atletico and long way behind Real was never accurate.

Lol. Arsenal has better players than us except for 3-4 positions.

Ah but then you probably think Dembele is better than Saka, so what is the point even.

Dude, you have the habit of kinda embarrassing yourself with deluded claims, just in order to hold on to an original position, and not accept being proven wrong

Take Arsenal players one by one and compare them to Barca's:

I will give you that Partey > Busi (although if Partey was playing here people would think otherwise)
Then it's a clear slippery slope

Stegen > Ramsdale
Kounde > Saliba
Araujo >> Gabriel
Balde > Tiernie
FDJ > Xhaka
Pedri > Odegaard
Gavi > Lokonga or other
Dembouz > Saka
Lewa > Jesus
Fati =? Martinelli

Yeah, sure Arsenal have better players.
Keep embarrassing yourself to protect Xavi

PS: Imagine Arteta having Barca's squad.
How many points he would lose in the whole ePL season?

So basic yet Xavi does the opposite.

Great vid and great channel overall

He does good work to show that ALL our attacking players bar Lewa make bad decisions, and not only Dembouz as most here think
Even Pedri or FDJ were shown to make bad decisions in the attacking third

That's the biggest flaw of a team that can't convert dominance (xT) to clear chances (xG)

Horatio

You're welcome

Only issue with your post is that you wouldn't favour Martinelli clearly over Ansu. Martinelli is amazing.

I like Martinelli a lot
Don't get me wrong

But if Martinelli was playing for Xavi in our current tactical setup, people would tear him apart much more than with Ansu

You going on in circles. Now cue Birdy that will point out the point gap with first place.

Let's debunk once and for all that propaganda as well.

That's the table the night Koeman got fired:

RM 24 pts
Sociedad 24
Sevilla 22
Betis 21
Rayo 19
Atleti 19
Osasuna 19
Bilbao 17
Barca 16

9th place with 3-pt (1 win) gap from 5th place, and 8pt gap from the top

Has Serghei ever seen a table in any league the first 10, 15 or even 20, matchdays where teams that NEVER finish in the top6 are there?
Does anyone think that had Koeman stayed Rayo, Osasuna, or even Bilbao would finish ahead of Barca at the end??

FACTS.

Laporta was consistently undermining KOEMAN and wanted him gone.Ffs Laporta even wanted to interfere 8n team selection and formation. He wanted a 433 and wanted Masia youngsters to start. I wasn't a fan 9f Koeman but Laporta set him up to fail. This is the issue with the club. Club politics and jingoism undermines a coach who is trying something different.
