I'm not 100% for the Messi deal as I've said before, so times it's just best to move on, difficult as it maybe.

But if that goat returns & the xavi can find the right setup, Barcelona will be spicy next season, a return to Barcelona football.

I'm here for it.

We'll make it out the groups without Messi next season, not expecting us to win it with him, though that would be pretty Sweet.

The biggest issue is not so much Messi, it's the Messi & busquets combination in one XI.

In this case, the fact that Messi is amazing player in the league is gonna count too. If the club can get him on a decent salary, thinking in pragmatic sense, not much to be angry at.

If we could invest some 200m and get some elite players and instead we go after Messi, that would be different case imo. But it is clear that the club is mainly looking at free agents in the summer, or options on the cheap, because of financial possibilities and strict spending rules.

And as far as looking at free players goes, nobody is gonna provide a bigger impact than Messi that's for sure.

Tell me another free agent that is gonna guarantee a minimum of 40 goals & assists a season. There is none of that kind.

Two weeks ago... 'Messi not needed and only will produce v fodder in league. Winning league without him'

Now.. 'go after Messi as cant spend 200m'

Usual Serghie mental gymastics now realises Xavi does in fact want him.

Yes, unfortunately, what we want and what we can do are different matters. So, yes, on second thought, Messi back is not that bad. Do you have anything else to add, or you're posting the same 9-year-old dumb forum games about what some poster said a month ago or so?

Nah when include Ferran it is 200m worth of players last year and teams are not spending that year after year.

The money on Lewa could have been spent on 100m player.
Ferran was last season. Lewa cost 40m. About 4 times less than Osimhen at 150m.

Lewa cost 50m and the important cost is the one on the books. Where is about the same as 100m player getting 10m a season.

Ferran was sructurd in way to be paid more in the summer anyway but fact remains teams are not spending 200m in a couple of transfer windows on forward repeatedly.

150m players don't cost 10m a season, they cost more lol.
You think maintenance costs of a Ferrari are the same as a Ford?

Mega expensive signings cost you expensive wages.

100m.. player and yes they can be on 10m a season.. see wages Enzo/Nunez etc are on and can inlcude the money spent on other attacking players as to what could have been give in salary.

Anyway it can be adjusted to 80m and 14m a season etc.

 Delusional beyond belief.

80m for Osimhen, less than Lukaku from Everton to United like 6 years ago. Must be smoking some serious pipe.

Osimhen is gonna be desired by clubs willing to pay him a huge salary. But he'll come to Barca on lowish salary because JamDav says so...

Osimhen is likely 4-5 times more expensive operation than Lewa. He's likely the hottest player that can move these days, him and Leao.
