Very unlikely to get offers from big clubs. I don't see Xavi managing another Spanish club in near future. Abroad and exotic, in case he doesn't retire and enjoy life.

Lucho had a similar meltdown in February 2017 announced his departure.
I think Leverkusen to replace Alonso is a possibility.
It is a good club for his level IMO, little pressure with room to grow, and their CEO is from Barcelona

He wont get a top job or close off what has done at Barca.

His teams look poorly coached really. Even the league winning title was not the type of football the top teams are looking for really.

Xavi going on about the Barca media.. the reality is the media have supported him more than any other coach really and without demand have had on others.

He is using is as an excuse. Just the latest one.

If whoever takes him is as fucking unprofessional as Barca are/were to allow him to take his team with him in way did to Barca they deserve all they get.

Some midtable club is Italy would be his ceiling.

More realistically he will end up in Saudi, Qatar, Japan or somewhere in South America.

Bundesliga as a whole in the first part of the table is a great option for him.

Everyone there is happy just to play the game, full stadiums, so on.

Xavi also loves intensity. Probably he main thing he doesn't accept in his team is not competing 100% of the time. Constantly moans about it at Barca, and in Germany he is gonna face problems, but not that. Intensity in that league is a given.

Xavi PR on twitter now pushing the line "the locker room ate him up" LOOL

these people are shameless in creating a victim narrative

The locker-room is gonna have the chance to prove they are great players.

Just compete hard under the next guy, win titles, and fans are gonna be happy.

Life goes on, another cycle on the horizon. All that matters is the club achieving success. Everyone is expendable. The club above all and anyone.

Can't moan the manager is replaced after a bad season. Nobody said being a Barca manager is easy.

The locker room.. the media...

Any excuse possible will be made.

The truth is Barca just did not look a very well coached side and this season it imploded and last season there was question marks about team style of play and Europe etc even allowing for credit of the title.

His coaching and players he signed that didnt even seem to fit way wanted to play did him in end.

That coaching team of his is fucking farcical that was ever allowed.

Pirlo went from Juve to Karagumruk in Turkey to Sampdoria in Serie B.

Xavi could do something similar. In truth the LaLiga win will be looked on positively, but everything from there has been downhill.

He may do well in another team though, where he isn't forced to try and play attacking football. That has been his undoing this year.

I don't care much about Xavi's career post-Barca that's for sure.

Unless he comes back at Barca or becomes a big manager in Europe becoming a threat to Barca in the future.

Lol. It's largely irrelevant if he leaves this instance or at the end of the season from the club's side. Can't blame him for having a go in CL. Top 4 in La Liga should be achieved no matter the circumstances.

He can still leave before the summer if things go tits up completely.

Perhaps staying until the end, now that everyone knows he will leave, is a good thing.
we won't sign a replacement without any scouting. the pressure is off and Perhaps performances will get better.
the correct action was to be replaced before the new year, that was the time..

Nah it is relevant if team continues to struggle.

Surely sack would not have been far away.

Team look like the worst coached Barca side have ever seen currently.

Think thats what they are hoping for.. a reaction and if dont get it he will be punted.

But bought himself some time.

Then he can have press conference and blame everyone under the sun for his failings.
