It has been in media for a month already. Not a blow for me, I don't care.

New promising products are being finalized in the reserves, I am all but worried.

Imo it had to happen soon for Xavi with all due respect.
The matter is now which midfielder will this awkward board buy ?

I'd worry if the board won't buy a very good player for his position !

How many of them have been given proper game time, in La Liga/CL? not many I would guess.

Lets see though! What do you think the midfield/attackers will look like come next season?

Maybe he wants to play for a year or two more even if he knows he cannot do it like 3-4 years ago.
I'd offer him a good job at the club if he retires directly or after he plays somwhere else for a few years.
He is a living legend of the club !

Iniesta / Raki / Rafinha (Halilovic) / Roberto / new CM

Imo he will leave 90%.
It is rumoured he already signed a precontract with Al Arabi but the deal isn't cimented yet. It seems the deal will be done after the WC. Still his destination is uncertain because the player recieved a number of different offers.

It'll be pretty shocking if he does leave. A year ago our midfield looked set for years and now we have lost Thiago, Cesc and possibly Xavi. We need to sign somebody if he does leave. Rafina and Rakitic are good players but they're not really players who dictate the game.
