I just want to know why he's leaving.
I've seen all kinds of rumors, since that he needs money because he made some bad business, to he doesn't like Lucho.
I wish he could stay one more season, as a mentor, with a lesser role... but it seems he doesn't want that, sadly.

i've read barca wanted to pay tribute to valdes by playing against monaco in the gamper throphy but they refused because the french league will already begin by then.

He will leave, thats pretty much a given. He has not come out and denied the rumors. Honestly I see this as a positive thing, i want new football, not football run by has beens. This will happen to iniesta, messi, pique, busquets too.

The team can't play the same even if iniesta takes his role because you need all of iniesta Xavi and busquets to play be way we did, messi too, and prime Pedro and villa. Teams change and the tactics we use have to fit the players we have, xavi's tiki taka was different to cruyff's and iniesta's will be different to xavi's

Atm koke is hugely expensive. Unles something really surprinsing happens I can't see him comming.

Koke would work, Oliver Torres, Rafinha and Sergi Roberto all have skill sets that I think will work too, I think it's between Rafinha and Sergi, hopefully they both become established members, but it's whoever takes his chances.
