His biggest mistake was not sacking Koeman, but not hiring an interim until the summer where top options were available.

Should we keep him if we win LaLiga, or is it a poisoned chalice and just take it and run?

Winning LaLiga is a great achievement 100% but it seems hard to tell if he's really built a project that will ensure long-term league success, or this has just been our year and we've been lucky to keep winning. Are the repeated 1-0 grindy type wins something we can replicate over many seasons?

In addition, in these coming months, we essentially have a free run at the league as not in Europe anymore and could well go out in Copa next week, whilst Madrid have to rotate and balance both winning the CL and league. It seems that this Liga win could just be a mirage (if it happens).

Well we are out of it now, in February, whilst Madrid have to try and compete for CL in the next months so that argument isn't gonna wash if we end up choking it.

Only LaLiga and Copa left, and Copa is at semi-final stage.
