here we are once again trying to make ourselves(at least me) feel better by saying that he didn't play because he just came back. last time it was, oh because pep wants to rest him for the big match, or , oh pep wants to groom busquets for yaya's absence in january.

Nobody is trying anything, we're just saying pure facts to you. That Yaya is not the only one african who didn't play for his team after coming back from Cup of nations, neither it's really logical to select a player who came back from another continent in less than 48 hours of time !?
