I guess that's the way he is and what fires him up to do well, some are like that, but he should ofc also try to avoid certain things which could get him in trouble like that.

The ban against Barcelona though? No, really, that is a pure error. He held is legs in so hard and so early he should have received a green card for good sportsmanship. Count yourself lucky. He has been on sick form - 10 goals last 5 games. Though we have seen PSG perform without him this season so could be exciting games anyway.
