Also somehow he doesn't really seem like the type of striker to be effective as a sub or in rotation. Not in the supersub mould of player. Will never happen. Like RL9 but he has a gigantic ego.
You can't decide who the best strikers ever are simply based on how many goals they have scored. We most probably don't win the CL this season. Regardless of that, you do realize the Lewa is in the top 10 (I think no. 7) of all time in goals scored, so he already is a top 10 striker.
So an argument of top 5 strikers if he manages another CL with Barca at this age is not a bad argument.
Mate do you realise Lewy doesn't know you exist, and would likely think you are a creepy stalking weirdo if he read these posts?
He is a rung below these guys. Those guys you quoted are the best strikers of all-time. Lewa is amongst them but more on the periphery of top10 than firmly inside it.You can't decide who the best strikers ever are simply based on how many goals they have scored.
Lots of better strikers than Lewy have scored fewer goals. We live in an era where goalscoring has exploded. Lots of the guys on these lists played in this era.
He will never be as good as R9, Muller, Van Basten, Romario or Pele (if you consider him a number 9). Plus others.
It's endless cycle broThis is so fucking funny. The same guys who have been vocally critical of him are now wanking off over him based on one goal. If he has a bad game in the next game they'll be calling him a donkey again.
Like I always say, football fans ate knee-jerk as fuck. At least I stick with what I believe and don't change my mind based on a game or two.
Muller was the quintessential poacher with not a lot to his game though? Van Basten's and R9 had no longevity due to injuries. Pele doesn't belong in this debate. You can't decide who the best strikers ever are simply based on how many goals they have scored.

Strikers are mostly ranked by goals scored, so I really don't get the first paragraph. As you can see, you will be hard pressed to find more strikesrs better than him, and throwing Pele in the mix... c' mon..You can't decide who the best strikers ever are simply based on how many goals they have scored.

Never disagreed with any of that.He is a rung below these guys. Those guys you quoted are the best strikers of all-time. Lewa is amongst them but more on the periphery of top10 than firmly inside it.
Legendary striker, just lacks a little on the creative side to be a top5 oat. As you correctly point out there are a lot of goalscorers around in the modern era. His work is more 'replicable' than the very best of all time.
However, being top15 or 20 is still generational and more than enough.
Depending on his/our performance in CL it could even be him who wins the BallonDor.
As per your previous post, it's just living in the moment.Muller was the quintessential poacher with not a lot to his game though? Van Basten's and R9 had no longevity due to injuries. Pele doesn't belong in this debate.
If you are a striker, you must score goals, unless you are a false 9 and that responsibility is divided among other attacking players. Judging strikers by goals is not the same as judging midfielders by their G+A. Ultimately football is a game where a team that scores the most goals wins and that is the most important skill for a striker.
Here you go, 2020, Chelsea - Bayern scores 7 goals in two matches and Lewandowski has a hand in each.Yes, I did.
Dortmund were very lucky getting to that final. It was clearly lucky and better teams didn't make it.
Bayern crushed Barca, mainly because they were by far the best team in the Bundesliga. You prove my point.
Name one amazing game Lewy has had in the CL other than the multi-goal game against Real Madrid at Dortmund? I will wait.
You support 'Barcelona and Inter', yet you expect me to take you seriously? Who do you support when they play each other.
Weirdos like you who support multiple teams in multiple leagues are normally under 20, but your'e fucking F0RTY-SEVEN, you freak.
Anyway, you are clearly a moron.
Are they? By who, you?Strikers are mostly ranked by goals scored, so I really don't get the first paragraph. As you can see, you will be hard pressed to find more strikesrs better than him, and throwing Pele in the mix... c' mon..
