MAtS's passing and distribution are quite clearly far superior to Bravo's. You only have to watch their confidence on the ball to see that he is far more comfortable with the ball at his feet than Bravo is.

Highly doubt that you actually watched these GKs before they joined the same club.

Are you saying you doubt we watched Claudio Bravo (The laughable at best keeper who played for Sociedad before coming to Barca and stepped his game up) and ter Stegen (Tipped to sign for Barca almost a solid 2 years before actually coming)?

Surely you're not this stupid. Bravo hasn't even gone an entire season without passing the ball directly to the opposition and conceding a goal. But it's "Debatable". Ha.

Christ the MAt'S love and Ter Stegen hate is pretty wretched. MAt'S fanbois don't have to exaggerate each side of the argument. Ter Stegen did nothing of note against Atletico and he had 2 very poor passes that went out of touch. His distribution is better but not be a long margin. Anyone who watch the World Cup wil know Bravo is a quality keeper and his distribution is nothing to be laughed at.

The real advantage of MAt'S is that he sweeps, which is an area that Bravo just can't compete. When MAt's comes out he picks up the ball and gets it going into transition very quickly, almost like he was an outfield player, in the same situation with Bravo in goal Pique or Masch would have to come back and collect it which slows down the transition and allows the opposition time to regain their shape.

That sweeping will prove very effective for out style of play, I don't need to name the German who has mastered this at Bayern. If Pep was back at Barca he would have signeed MAt'S, but lets not pretend he's twice the player Bravo is.

He is not twice the player! But he is very good and has the potential to even be even better!
