How many goals couldn't have he scored, if Pep wouldn't have left him on the pitch.
Messi has been playing non stop from 2009. He played and had trainings during 2 summers (world cup and copa america). He has every year almost 70 matches. He can be tired. Let see his face! Messi isn't so strong as Alves or Xavi phisically. He had 10 days off in December, but it isn't soo much.

how do we come to that conclusion? And how many more points would have we lost without him on the pitch? we can't blame Pep for this. Leo's mere presence is a big advantage for us even if he just stands there doing nothing.there's this fear factor he holds on the teams which holds them back from letting go of their guard and fully attack. Leo is no fragile player. he's a very strong guy for a player who gets the shit kicked out of him in every match. plus Xavi not only looked tired as hell last season, but was carrying a chronic as well and we couldn't afford to rest him either but he got to rest during the summer and Leo did not have that luxury and he's been run into the ground. He trained with a personal trainer during his Christmas vacation, so that's just normal that he is this tired, it not about him not being strong.

Messi didn't receive Laureus award for the best sportler. This award was for Djokovics. I'm sad, because Messi should have receive it, and the puskas award too!
