Dude, grow some sense. Its not merely a game. Its something very serious when they are playing at that level. And emotions and adrenaline works on a higher rate. While this is one reason and seniors shouting at you for your mistakes during a game is also another. Nothing to do with confidence , in fact it should boost their energy to do better on the field. Moreover , its not about raging or abusing or showing anger , its just and simple reaction during a game of high intensity and nothing else. just dont try to make out a story or something out of everything. Its not needed always.

So we praise Puyol when he shouts at Pique or Xavi when he does the same with Thiago but we criticize Messi for a similar reaction. But hey we 'know' that Puyol and Xavi are leaders, while Messi isn't so his gesture with Tello must have been motivated by jealousy. I think we can all agree that the little argentine is a bad person.

Puyol is not shouting at young lads just coming into the first team that need confidence and encouragement.

I'll apologize if I see Puyol going red faced shouting at Tello, Cuenca or Montoya for making a mistake.

It is not good for the fledging confidence of youngsters that are playing for their first few times in the first team.

I think it's fine to have a word with them and tell them what to do next time. not to just have a mini tirade at them waving arms about red faced.

Messi is a very good person and a leader. May be Guardiola told him to help the young players. Messi is hard to them, because it is a very serious competition. They make a lot of mistakes.
