Oh, please..what is that chose? He dived even if what Reina did was wrong and if it would have been Suarz instead of him you wouldn't feel the same way(not to mention that Perch tripped Reina before). But you chose to believe that he's inocent because he's a Newcastle player.
You don't remember because you didn't care at the time and you didn't criticized them..you also don't remember all those moments in which Leo apologized for a moment of selfishness or a bad pass..like I said, I don't care what your opinion of Messi is, but I don't think that you treat our players in the same manner and most of your posts in Messi's thread are for:
- telling us that he is not as good as Pele;
- saying that he is finished;
- highlighting his bad relationship with the player 'X'.
I think I had more positive posts about Cristiano then you had about Messi.
What confidence? I'm sorry, but we are not Arsenal..plus Tello has a better relationship with Messi then some of the first team players and if he is not bothered by Messi's reaction, I don't understand why should you.
There was contact from the headbutt! are you denying it?
Perch got a yellow for trying to trip Reina, yes! he deserved it! I don't remember saying Perch did nothing wrong. would you like to quote me where I've said he's innocent.
are you telling me that if it was a Liverpool player on the end of that headbutt that they would have stayed on their feet. hell do you think many from Barca would have?
I don't see what your problem is.
Pele - I say Messi is on Pele's level all the time! I call Pele an arrogant douche multiple times! I even said I think Messi will break Pele's all time scoring record for a single season this season, but because I say the age at which Pele did it impressess me more, apparently I'm picking on Messi in your book.
he's finished - I've never said Messi is finished. NEVER! I and quite a few others, noticed a month or so ago that he appears to be slower than seasons past. Pep Guardiola acknowledged this himself!!!! there are quotes!!!! so what do you want!
bad relationship with player x - last season, some pitchside commentators pick up on some tension between Messi and Villa in one of the classico's and I decide to debate it. this season many papers and football pundits everywhere are talking about it and I decide to debate it. so what do you want!
As for Tello, I am not suggesting there is a problem with their relationship. I am suggesting, he is a young lad taking his first steps in the 1st team, and being snapped at by his one of his heroes is hardly going to help his confidence. Youngsters generally speaking have fragile confidence (not just in football, in life in general), and need encouragement and guidance.
I simply think Messi went about it the wrong way.
and just for the record, who posted first on Messi shouting at Tello/Cuenca in the Messi thread, because it certainly wasn't me.
