its a nice chart, cheers.
Obviously no lone chart can present a comprehensive picture, opposing teams aren't constant throughout the season. For example we won the home clasico, but madrid played better than PSG played when they beat us in group stage.

Good idea to ponder the goals & assist by the opponents level.

Also, it shows clearly how much of a fraud CR is, so that's a good system :) hehe

Yeah, that is kinda hard to tackle ;)

Not in your chart :)

Just implied that majority of his assists isn't even through-balls or crosses, just regular passes.
Oh, sorry. :)

But I agree with you.

Thanks :D

I think so too. All week long we have been hearing about "Neymar is better than Ronaldo", "Neymar should be 2nd on the podium" and "Neymar has scored against many big teams". I think this chart shows that each and everyone was right, except, that Suárez should be the one to finished 2nd and Neymar 3rd, thus far, but lot can change.

Though Ronaldo's total stats are higher than Neymar's by 36 points (which is nothing), Ronaldo also scored 4 more penalties, while Neymar only scored one. Should we exclude these penalties Ronaldo's total would be 375 and Neymar's 396.

Ronaldo Penalties: Valencia, Villarreal, Juventus & Getafe = -58
Neymar Penalties: Cordoba = -1

Final thought.

Fuck it, Ronaldo and Neymar being so close should mean nothing, when Neymar won the treble. If Ronaldo doesn't completely outshine Neymar from August-December, Neymar shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Neymar only lacked in assists this season, had he gotten a couple more against top competition he'd be indisputed #2, I hope he improves in this aspect next season and starts linking up with Suarez.

About the penalties, we should, but we all know everyone takes them into account so it's a 50/50 decision, I personally don't rate penalty goals at all, even less so for Neymar and CR that are both in the "divers" group.
