He plays almost exclusively on left wing even today during Messi's absence. He just improved his passing and doesn't lose so many balls. Still don't see him as no 10, he doesn't have good enough throughballs for that. Messi, Rakitic, Iniesta and even Rafinha are far better fit for 10 position, if you want to play it.

And yes the foot volley was good. Normally he tries to take control of the ball and shoot with right foot, he made a good decision to use his left.

He has a better 'through ball' or pass than anyone in the team bar Messi.

Messi and Neymar can see passes no one else on the pitch can see and that includes Rafinha, Rakitic or Iniesta.

Iniesta hardly ever gives through balls nowadays. He seems more concerned with coordinating team play a la Xavi

That's because that's how he is required to play. But even so, he played some lovely lofted through balls during his sub appearance.

Nah, Iniesta's end product is undoubtedly poor these days, regardless of the system. He picks up good positions on the ball but rarely does it prove fruitful.

lol....just as lolworthy as the BBC MSN comparison. During the midst of previous season people were convinced that BBC was better...but then pretty quickly those people got quiet.

In the end that's okay. Performance in football is also a game of probability. You are not going to convert every chance created. But if you have players that create a great sum of chances together, chances are higher that some of them get converted. As long as Iniesta still poses a big enough threat to opponents he contributes.

HAHAHAHAHAHAH. Exactly!

Not only Bale was stupidly compared to Neyboi, but also Hazard, Goetze, Lewa etc etc etc. Perhaps somebody else can remind us of other players compared to Neymar in previous months/years.
