Olmo is much better than Fermin atm and is far more versatile.
Olmo can play LW, AM, RW and even CF, all very well. Even in case he isn't a starter in a best XI for some, he will get starter minutes when he is healthy.

Only injury history is a concern tbh, and how our players will adapt to playing deeper in double pivot
