Nothing in that article contradicts anything said..

Aye and Rossel 'saved' Barca by signing Ronaldinho... these the new rules.

Reality is there are many links and relationhips that the club will use when making decisions.

Indeed and Pique played a part in linking club with Rakuten.. as said the club take advantage of contacts and links they have.

To make out Pique 'saved' club by organising a dinner is woeful.

Rossel saved Laporta with Ronaldinho then. Your rules.

Indeed they help.. that is the point being made.

It is how they are taken advantage of at right moments that matter.

It is why Laporta gets credit for Ronaldinho etc.... unless want to change the rules.

Pique definitely helped quite a bit, although I don't think the club would have drowned or anything without him connecting Rakuten with us.

Perhaps we get a slightly worse deal though. Tough to know.

And that's only a few manifestations of him being a prick, that we know from much evidence of his life

The worst about him, is that his 'vision' is to turn us EVEN OFFICIALLY into Amigos FC, by putting all former players and buddies into key positions!

Fatporta in all his cluelessness is levels above that dystopia...

I was for Laporta just because of his connections.

If we get this idiots for presidents I think we will get even worse.

Pique is better option then Font or other guys.

Pique with his connections could be much better option.

And he understands football much more.

Everyone has weaknesses. Nobody is perfect. Don Pique brings a hell of a lot to the table, though.

The connections.

The business acumen. ( Kings League )

An alpha mindset. We keep getting cucked over in transfer negotiations and player contracts. This ends with Don Pique.

Corruption or willing to find loopholes to gain advantage. We seem to bend over in admiration when Uncle Flo does it, but when it's Pique the response is the opposite.

Let's face it, Pique brings more to the table than the other candidates combined.

Him being Presi in the near future is inevitable. I, for one, can't wait, and will enjoy the ride.
