Pedri was playing all out for 60 minutes, with Olmo coming on for him when the opposition tires. It was a similar tactic to how Aragones used Xavi and Iniesta in 2008.
It's not a far stretch to say Spain would reach the final with Pedri as we still had Olmo coming on to take advantage.
With Pedri Spain had a better grasp of possession with Pedri leading the tournament for chance creation.
So yeah.
Would Olmo have made impact if he had just played like 30 mins as a sub for Pedri instead of starting?
This game vs France, Spain basically won from the first half. As much as i love Pedri, i don't see he will ever pull off that Olmo's touch to score. He would not even think of it.
Spain had less possesion vs Croatia (Pedri started this game).
I think Pedri starts to improving his attacking instinct, get better at finding space in the final third/between the line.
Still it is clear that Olmo plays better for Spain this Euro.
