I truly hate this arguments.
Every club, organization are pretty much group of people and it all depends on how good they are. RM didn't win CL for 30 something years when he didn't have the work force to do it. Great players build clubs, so to answer you we are a club of great players.

And we don't have great players? How many teams out there have the Messi and Suarez as their two forwards? None. So, why this fucking meltdown? We ansolutely needed to have 3 of the best 5 players in the world to stand a chance for the CL?

Please... we have great players right now, in every fucking department. The problem is we lost one of them (Neymar), and people have went batshit crazy over this.

Wow lol. This might've been the single most atrocious transfer window I've ever experienced as a Barca fan, and the lowest the board has ever dragged us. How can you excuse what's happening right now?

Really? I don't know how old you are but I would say that Joan Gaspart 3 summers and his own board are still far worse.

But I've to admit that if we fail to get either one of Coutinho or Dembele it will be a new low for the board. tbh I would have expected both at least and expected the board to defend themselves by big signings.

You need a team to win. You need to improve the TEAM.

You cannot let one or two players carry you forever.

Barça is a worse TEAM right now than it was a couple of months ago.

THE TEAM is more than THE TRANSFERS. How do you know the team hasn't already been improved by appointing Valverde?

Don't agree with it at all. Neymar deal is causing an absolute meltdown that's what it is. We need to get over it.

Lol, I have had no meltdown about Neymar but Farto has made Barca look so weak to a degree that it's laughable. You disagree? I'll list the 4 aforementioned L's out for you plainly.

1. Getting bullied by Nasser on Verratti
2. Getting fucked by Ney Sr. and Nasser over Neymar transfer
3. Going head to head with RM for Theo, losing.
4. Going head to head with RM for Ceballos, losing.

All of these are confirmed events. I don't think it was ever realistic to get Verratti but these fuckers blindly insisted on it and wanted to keep going until August 31st until Verratti changed agents, beyond ridiculous planning and failure. For a whole month it was a matter of 'Verratti or Paulinho'. Neymar blindsided us but Farto actually HELPED PSG secure the transfer in the end and had terrible transfer planning and now we're here with 222M and can't secure world class transfers. Shit planning, no two ways about it. I didn't particularly want Theo but the club committed to it and failed, makes them look weak. Even worse is going head to head with RM for Ceballos and him choosing to be their 5TH CHOICE midfielder instead of a first choice for us. I hate Ceballlos's personality but he would've improved our team and it looks ridiculously weak to lose a player in that kind of circumstance.

The L's we have yet to take but there's a very likely chance of: Iñigo Martinez (32M for a backup CB and loaning out Marlon), Paulinho, getting rejected for Dembele, getting rejected for Coutinho.

All of this is okay to you???

The team is about the SQUAD and TACTICS.

Is a Barça with better tactics + Neymar and MF better or worse than a Barça without it?

It's a simple question.

If you don't replace Neymar one way or another and get in a better midfielder, you still have a WORSE TEAM than you could have had.

Having a WORSE TEAM DECREASES your CHANCES of WINNING.

We just lost Neymar, our nr. 2 man, how the hell did we improve in any way?

No, the team(squad) needs to improve, because our midfield is mediocre to shameful, our front line is now with a big hole there and we desperately need to change things or we'll just be a QF CL team and 2nd/3rd place in La Liga with the best player in the world in our squad.

We should've won the CL in Messi's prime years at least twice, yeah, you would say I'm asking for too much, but now that rma proved it's not impossible, 2012 was a big wasted chance and entirely our fault. We should hurry or the fat lady will sing soon.

I'm 19, never lived the Gaspart era which I know is worse but as I said this summer was the worst I personally experienced. Certainly the worst summer since Pep took over at least, which is the only relevant thing to this era.

If we sign no one and win La Liga or CL this season, I would be as happy as I never been as a Barca fan. Would teach people a lesson that Barca is more than the sum of it's players. The more people count us as underdogs, the more chances we have of coming back strong.

If Barca is all about the sum of its players, who are we as a club? Is the Neymars that make Barca be what it is? I belive there is more to it. There is a culture and an identity that will not go down at the first sign of trouble, but will get together and be united to prove this important point: that Barca is more than just a sum of top class players. Because if we aren't, how are we different than PSG? PSG will suddenly be what Barca represents in football because they got Neymar?

When that happens, I'll quit supporting a single club. What's the point anyway?

Did Jamdav hack your account? One board apologist is already too many board apologists.

It is very much looking like Coutinho is going to be another Verratti/Bellerin goose chase.

Yup i wouldnt be surprised if we end up with Inigo and Paulinho by Sept 1st

I was pointing to the point regardless the context of the discussion. We have great players and great core to build on. That is why we are great club

And tbh, if we didn't close any good deals it will be bad for the board Serghei. I like what they have done in youth movement in B team and youth movement with Vitinho,Cuenca,Bueno & Carevic. But for first team? We have great squad but it wasn't improved.
You can argue it is better to keep money than over spend, but this can't be said when you lose your second best player and end up with no replacement. We have gone this way with Tito and it did us short term success but even with Neymar signing we were bad in a year after.

What the hell are we talking about Neymar here? He WANTED to leave so he can collect mountains of oil cash from the Qataris. Neymar leaving has nothing to do with the board. How can you pin that on them? Hell, the board probably did too much (paid Neymar and his dad to keep them happy and somewhat calm) to keep him.

Simple question. Do you think Neymar leaving is the board's fault?

Yes or no please. And we'll continue this from there.
