We overpaid, but if the payment terms are favorable to us where we're paying the fee in installments spread over more years than the standard then I can understand them doing it. Especially as we need CL football next season to have any chance at acquiring players like Haaland or Vlahovic.

You overpay on every transfer of well-known players, especially young Spanish Internationals who play at a top 5 club. It's inflation due to too many teams owned by billionaires splashing money like it's nothing.

Have you seen Bayern's offensive players? Muller, Lewa, Gnabry, Sane, Coman. That's 5 top class players right there. This is where you have to get.

This team needs 2-3 class offensive signings. Ferran will be one.

Good speed, excellent shooting, high football IQ, good technique. Very well polished player IMO. If we could find 2-3 players like that that cost 50% less, in the 30m range, we'd be golden.

Sounds great that. So many options and different profiles. You could even ditch the other winger and see where it goes with Abde.
