This deal is already decided IMO. It's either already wrapped up, waiting for official announcement for some LFC reasons of their own, or not happening at all, and Coutinho has accepted his fate. If there were still negotiations or uncertainty Coutinho would be putting up a bigger fuss in the last days me thinks.
